The demand from our clients to expand our services has grown dramatically and we have an immediate need for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the Engagement process for new products and services, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Explain product and service offerings to customers.
Assist customers with the enrollment process for new products and services.
Answer any questions or concerns customers may have.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to resolve any customer issues or complaints.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
