We are excited to bring on new clients in the coming months and are hiring an Entry Level Client Service Associate  to join our growing community outreach team! This is a great opportunity for someone with desire to get their food in the door with a team of socially focused entrepreneurs

The Entry Level Client Service Associate will enjoy hands-on training and the opportunity to fast-track into a senior management role. Our goal is for every Entry Level Client Service Associate to be continuously developing your professional skills and business acumen. Training will include learning all sales and marketing strategies, client information, compliance standards and expectations, territory management, and other duties as they arise. 

Entry Level Client Service Associate Daily Responsibilities: 

• Maintain and oversee community event and executing quick and informative presentations to members of the community in order to increase our clients outreach in the area 

• Participate in company provided training courses 

• Comply with company guidelines and standards in all areas of operations including customer relations, team management, meeting fundraising goals, and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery

• Work alongside training managers to analyze company gross sales reports, increase profit margins, and design strategic sales strategies to enhance customer retention

• Maintain all on-site compliance standards according to our charity and retail partners 

Entry Level Client Service Associate Preferred Skills: 

• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline 

• Capable of taking initiative and possessing skills for problem-solving and conflict resolution

• Self-accountability is a must 

• Experience working effectively with a group of peers, both in a leadership role and support role 

• Experience working in a customer service or client facing role

All Applicants Must: 

• Be available to work full time and start within two weeks 

• Be able to commute to our office for all assigned shifts 

• Be comfortable with some local travel 

• Be looking for an opportunity to expand their professional skill-sets
