We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our sales team here at Ascending Solutions. As a Sales Trainee, you will be trained, from the ground up, on all aspects of our client accounts and campaigns. By directly communicating with customers on a daily basis, the Sales Trainee will be an integral part of our client’s campaign initiatives by demonstrating product knowledge, customer service, and support. This is an entry-level Sales role and no experience is necessary.Here at Ascending Solutions, we pride ourselves on our home-grown development and training process. By keeping growth and development a priority, our team is able to grow their own careers and understanding of the industry while helping our clients grow. As a Sales Trainee, you will learn all the intricacies of client and brand management, lead generation, compliance standards, and customer acquisition. By learning how to analyze market trends, both local and national, the Sales Trainee will be able to best assist our Sales team through campaign optimization. 

Sales Trainee Responsibilities:

• Attend all necessary training meeting and conferences

• Meet with the Sales Trainee teams daily 

• Handle all customer interactions with high levels of compliance

• Develop personal customer relationships and rapport

• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to optimize for clients

• Develop campaign information for current and future clients

• Assist in expansion opportunities 

• Attend national conferences to further develop industry skill set

Sales Trainee Requirements:
