The Marketing/CSR Representative plays a crucial role in interfacing with our clients and ensuring their needs are met with the utmost satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to provide responses and solutions to inquiries and ensure outstanding service.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that contribute to brand growth and improved market share.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to identify customer service issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the management team to enhance the customer service experience.
  • Manage social media platforms and create content that aligns with the brand’s marketing strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on the latest products and services.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and gain insights about the latest marketing and service trends.
  • Assist in the organization of promotional events to engage potential and existing customers, fostering brand loyalty.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, reporting issues back to management for action.
  • Evaluate customer complaints and coordinate with departments to address them efficiently.
  • Support recruitment and training of new team members, guiding them through the orientation process.
  • Regular evaluations of performance, aiming for continuous improvement and career advancement within the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relations and creating successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media management and content creation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on engaging effectively with diverse client groups.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize duties, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making with keen attention to detail.
  • Energetic, motivated, and driven, with a consistent track record in meeting and exceeding job responsibilities.
  • Willingness to participate in a 4-day orientation to become well-acquainted with the company's procedures and values.
  • Flexibility to work in various roles and capacities as business needs evolve.
  • No prior experience necessary to start; drive and determination will define qualification for higher positions.
  • Readiness for frequent evaluations to consider eligibility for advancement to management positions.
