The Role
We’re searching for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Patient Care Coordinator to be the heart of our front office. You’ll be the first smile patients see and the reassuring voice they hear on the phone. This role is all about creating a smooth, positive, and memorable experience for every patient—because to us, details matter and people matter even more.
What You’ll Do
Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice—in person and over the phone
Manage scheduling and patient communications with accuracy and care
Partner with the team to keep the day running smoothly and efficiently
Provide exceptional service at every interaction (we’re big on kindness here)
Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and excited about their care
What We’re Looking For
Experience: At least 1 year in a dental office required
Communication: Clear, professional, and personable—both written and verbal
Organization: Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
Personality: Friendly, compassionate, and always bringing a positive attitude
Drive: Passionate about patient care and committed to delivering top-notch service
The Details
Job Type: Full-time (30–40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (hello, weekends off!)
Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Dr. Boals started his dental career working in corporate and wanted to change how dentistry was done. He grew up in a small town, where being involved in the community is very important; so, Dr. Boals wanted to incorporate supporting his community through his practice. Kissing Camels Family Dentistry started in the Fall of 2018 as a startup, after extensive searching for a place to offer patients the experience unlike any other. A husband-and-wife team, Dr. Boals and Dr. Johnson wanted to give back to the community and provide comprehensive quality care; they desired to provide excellent care for all dental needs, including preventative, restorative, and cosmetic needs. Over the years, the practice has expanded with bringing on Dr. Effinger, Dr. Kubeluis, and Dr. Avey, which has also expanded our overall staff and is continuing to expand each year! The doctors strive to build relationships with their patients; it is important to them that each patient feels welcome and relaxed at every appointment.
