Requirements:

• DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in state of Colorado
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients
• Engaged in patient flow and patient experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Sound decision-making skills, drive and desire to succeed
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative
• Ability to drive a team and hold people accountable
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities include:

• Record and review patient medical histories
• Provide clinical services or health education to improve and maintain the health of patients
• Check patient records for medical alerts, dental history and pre-medication
• Diagnosing and providing appropriate dental treatment including root canals, surgical extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry
• Manage continuing education requirements for professional certification
• Keep up with the best practices, new technologies, and innovations in the field of dentistry
• Lead with kindness: Consistent and thoughtful communication between all team members
