At Complete Logistical Services, we are excited to announce a job opening for the role of HCM (Human Capital Management) Implementation Principal. This pivotal position is designed for a dynamic and highly experienced professional eager to take lead in deploying and overall adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across our diverse, global workforce. This is a Full-Time position that requires a dedicated presence in our office as it is not eligible for remote work. The successful candidate will spearhead our transition from PeopleSoft 9.2 to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, ensuring a seamless and effective transformation.

As an HCM Implementation Principal, you will play a critical role in bridging functional HR requirements with advanced system capabilities. By working closely with HR, IT, and project leadership teams, you will be instrumental in orchestrating configuration, data validation, testing, and organizational readiness activities. Your technical proficiency in Oracle HCM modules, coupled with your deep understanding of HR operations, will guide the organization through this complex but strategic migration.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a functional and technical advisor to HR and project teams during the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation.
  • Partner with global HR and IT leaders to coordinate and integrate parallel workstreams, including configuration, data validation, testing, and readiness activities.
  • Contribute to the design of the future-state HR operating and support model, ensuring processes, policies, and governance align with the new platform.
  • Collaborate with HR policy owners to identify and update policies impacted by the system transition.
  • Support change management and communication efforts by providing input on stakeholder impacts, process changes, and training needs.
  • Participate in functional design reviews, system configuration, and validation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, and Compensation).
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment between technical delivery and business expectations.
  • Help ensure integrations between Oracle Fusion and related systems (payroll, timekeeping, learning, analytics, etc.) function effectively.
  • Monitor progress across workstreams, identify dependencies, and support issue resolution to maintain project momentum.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization, including knowledge transfer, continuous improvement, and user enablement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR technology or HRIS roles, including extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Direct experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and participation in migration or implementation projects to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Proven ability to bridge functional HR needs with technical system capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success supporting or coordinating large-scale, multi-country HCM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of HR data management, process design, and global compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
