Complete Logistical Services is excited to announce the opening of a position for a Quality Control Inspector. Please note, this position is not eligible for remote work as active onsite involvement is integral to the role.

As a Quality Control Inspector with our company, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of quality that our clients expect and rely upon. This position requires precision and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all products meet or exceed set quality standards before they reach the market. This role is essential to our operation's success, ensuring the integrity and quality of materials and products throughout the production process.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect and verify incoming raw materials and products to ensure they meet required specifications.
  • Maintain and update incoming inspection files, procedures, and related required documentation.
  • Determine proper product configuration and performance using engineering instructions and product prints.
  • Compile and evaluate statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
  • Complete dispositions, documents, and reports for purchasing and quality engineers on nonconforming materials.
  • Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of nonconforming products.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Associates Degree and a minimum of two (2) years related quality experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • ASQ certified Quality Inspector qualifications are desirable.
  • Able to read engineering prints and record results, making decisions on whether specifications have been met.
  • Ability to use measurement tools such as calipers and electrical meters to measure product dimensions accurately.
  • Solid computer skills in basic office suite programs.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment.
  • Comfortable using a pallet jack and ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
  • Maintain and calibrate hand tools and fixtures for production.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
