OSC Specialist (Full-Time)

Location: Bergen County, NJ (serving NJ, NYC 5 Boroughs, Long Island and Westchester)

Summary On-site, warehouse-based logistics role supporting sales reps and hospital teams. You’ll ensure surgical products and instrument sets are picked, packed, delivered, restocked, and reset before and after cases—keeping inventory accurate and cases on time.

What You’ll Do

· Plan & coordinate time-sensitive pickups, deliveries, and case support from the district warehouse.

· Pull, stage, and verify instrument sets/implants; reset instrument trays post-case per SOP.

· Restock shelves and maintain par levels; flag shortages and errors.

· Process paperwork (pick tickets, packing slips, returns) and confirm deliveries/receipts.

· Communicate with sales reps, office staff, and hospital partners (Receiving, CPD, OR).

· Assist across OSC/office as needed; perform local pickups/deliveries for urgent cases.

· Schedule: Nights and weekends may be required, with occasional overtime/on-call for last-minute surgical changes.

Warehouse & Physical Requirements

· Primary work in a warehouse environment (standing, walking aisles, step stools).

· Lift, carry, and move 50+ pounds regularly (instrument sets/boxes); use carts/hand trucks safely.

· Comfort with basic warehouse tools (scanners, labels, inventory software).

· Professional appearance; logoed apparel may be required when visiting hospitals.
