Warehouse Labor Management Group LLC is excited to announce an opening for the position of On-site Recruiter. This impactful role offers the opportunity to join our dynamic team at a thriving pillow manufacturing facility. As an On-site Recruiter, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the workforce that supports our operations. This is a full-time position based on-site, reflecting our commitment to ensuring continual direct engagement and supervision of the recruitment processes. Please note, this is not a remote job, and the successful applicant will be required to work at our facility location.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively coordinate and participate in recruitment sessions and open house hiring events.
  • Take applications and screen candidates to assess their suitability for various roles within the manufacturing facility.
  • Collect and verify the necessary documentation from new hires to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Perform initial orientations and guide new employees through the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records using the company’s designated systems.
  • Communicate effectively with department heads and management to understand the specific needs for workforce planning and fulfillment.
  • Submit completed applications and supporting documentation to the main office for further processing and approval.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires to facilitate seamless integration into the company culture and operational procedures.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to potential candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and local community networks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive applicant and employee information.

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual with proficiency in both Spanish and English, capable of reading and writing fluently in both languages.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related human resources role is highly preferred.
  • Must have own transportation to commute to and from the work location.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for efficient handling of recruitment documentation and correspondence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with potential hires and team members.
  • Adept at multitasking and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and recruitment targets.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • A strong team player with the capability to also work independently when required.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a particular focus on documentation and eligibility verification.
