As the Lead Patient Coordinator, you will guide our front desk operations and ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive. This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, takes pride in providing five-star service, and thrives in a leadership position. Experience as a dental assistant is a plus, as it helps bridge communication between the front office and clinical team. Previously held positions like Dental Assistant, Front Desk Receptionist, Office Manager, RDH or Treatment Coordinator are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do :
- Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care.
- Lead and support the front office team to create a seamless patient journey.
- Oversee scheduling, check-in, and check-out to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Proactively address patient needs and concerns with empathy.
- Represent Reflection Dental’s commitment to excellence in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dental or medical office experience required; dental assisting background is a plus.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with dental software systems is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right person.
