Position Overview
We’re hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our retail events team. In this role, you’ll represent client brands at local promotional events, connect with customers face-to-face, and ensure a positive experience that builds brand loyalty and drives sales.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers within a retail setting
Promote our clients to generate new business leads
Educate customers about new features and services
Support existing customers with questions and follow-up
Work closely with our team to meet performance goals
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
