What You'll Do as a Home Health PTA 

• Provide skilled home health Physical Therapy care: Directly help adult and geriatric homebound patients achieve better health and independence in their own homes.
• Assess and plan: Evaluate patient needs and create personalized care plans.
• Manage your patient visits: Set your own schedule and caseload.
• Document efficiently: Use our simple EMR system for all notes.
• Collaborate: Work with a supportive care team, ensuring coordinated care amongst supervising therapists, other disciplines, and within our administrative team to optimize patient outcomes.

What You Need

• Valid California PTA Professional license
• CPR or BLS certification (within last 2 years)
• Driver’s license and auto insurance
• Physical + TB test (within the last year)
• Professional liability insurance
• Business license (from your local city, if applicable)
