We’re seeking an experienced, full-time Dental Assistant who shares our core values and is committed to exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is dependable, empathetic, and thrives in a team-oriented workflow.

Duties & Responsibilities

Patient Care & Modern Clinical Support

  • Provide chairside assistance for restorative, crown and bridge, temporary crown fabrication, implant, surgical procedures, impression procedures.

  • Take digital radiographs and perform intraoral scanning.

  • Complete accurate clinical charting and assist with patient documentation.

  • Educate patients, review post-operative instructions, and ensure patient comfort. 

Sterilization & Infection Control

  • Sterilize instruments, disinfect and turn over operatories, and follow infection control protocols. 

  • Maintain organized, well-stocked operatories and manage clinical inventory. 

  • Maintain OSHA, CDC, and office safety standards. 

Team Collaboration & Flow

  • Communicate professionally with doctors, hygienists, and administrative team members. 

  • Help maintain an efficient daily schedule and support smooth patient flow. 

  • Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional patient care and foster a positive, supportive work environment. 

Position Details Schedule: 

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00–2:00 PM, plus every other Friday from 7:30 AM–1:00 PM. 

  • Employment type: Full-Time

Requirements

  • Previous clinical dental assisting experience preferred. 

  • Current Dental X-ray certification (required) and CPR certification.

  • Strong communication, organization, and excellent patient care skills.

  • Comfortable with digital dentistry and practice management software (Eaglesoft preferred). 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Dental Assisting certification preferred.
