To stay at the top, we need a data-driven PPC powerhouse to lead our digital acquisition strategy and ensure that when someone needs help, our name is the first one they see.
We are seeking a PPC Campaign Manager who lives and breathes Google Ads. You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid search campaigns. In the ultra-competitive personal injury landscape, "good enough" doesn't cut it. We need someone who can navigate high CPCs, optimize for high-intent conversions, and ruthlessly cut waste from our budget.
Strategy & Execution: Build, launch, and manage large-scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and LSAs) specifically tailored to personal injury (motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, workers' comp, etc.).
Keyword Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive keyword research to identify high-intent search terms while building out robust negative keyword lists to minimize irrelevant spend.
A/B Testing: Constantly iterate on ad copy and landing page elements to improve Quality Score and Click-Through Rates (CTR).
Budget Stewardship: Manage significant monthly spends with a focus on CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) rather than just vanity metrics like clicks.
Offline Conversion Tracking: maintain a consistent tracking report on offline conversion and use this data to drive optimization in campaign management.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CallRail (or similar) to track the full lead lifecycle. Provide weekly reports on ROI, lead quality, and conversion trends.
Competitor Monitoring: Keep a pulse on the Boston legal market to ensure our bidding strategies remain aggressive and effective.
Click Fraud Mitigation: Proactively monitor and defend our budget against malicious bot traffic and competitor clicking. You will be responsible for managing third-party mitigation tools (e.g., ClickCease, Lunio, or CHEQ), performing manual IP exclusion audits, and filing monthly "Invalid Traffic" refund requests with Google to ensure every dollar is spent on a legitimate potential client.
3+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in Google Ads management, preferably in a high-ticket, high-competition industry (Legal, Insurance, or Finance).
The "Legal" Edge: Direct experience in Personal Injury PPC is a massive plus. You should know the difference between a "car accident" lead and a "fender bender" lead.
Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency with Google Ads Editor, GA4, and conversion tracking implementation.
Analytical Mindset: You enjoy digging into the "why" behind the data and can pivot strategies based on performance trends.
Certifications: Active Google Ads Search and Display certifications.
Experience with Landing Page Optimization (Unbounce, Instapage, or WordPress).
Familiarity with CRM integration (e.g., Filevine, Litify, or Salesforce) to track "signed case" ROI.
Knowledge of SEO synergy (how paid and organic work together).
