A Treatment Coordinator/Marketing Manager is crucial to maintaining the smooth operation of our practice. This is not a remote job; the successful candidate will be based onsite, engaging directly with patients and staff. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

3 years dental experience highly preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fabricating treatment plans and manage case acceptance
• Using Eaglesoft and Dental Intel software, following up on unscheduled treatment.
• Being able to answer technical questions about their dental treatment.
• Reviewing and maintaining a full schedule.
• Maintaining current marketing ideas and implementing new ideas.
• Running social media and responding to reviews.
• Some administration duties

• Proficient in dental terminology and procedures.
• Motivated and self driven.

Office Hours:

• Monday thru Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm 
• Fridays from 9:00am-1:00pm
