About Us

Surge is a fast-growing marketing and sales firm that partners with small and mid-sized businesses to help them increase visibility, connect with their target audience, and drive revenue growth through strategic and personalized social media marketing campaigns. We’re expanding our B2B sales division in both our Denver Metro and Colorado Springs markets, and are looking for driven, experienced sales professionals to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and prospect potential business clients across a variety of industries

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent outreach and account management

  • Present and promote Surge’s services in a way that aligns with each client’s business needs

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing

  • Track performance metrics and report on sales activity and outcomes

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage a pipeline, stay organized, and prioritize effectively

  • Self-starter who is motivated by goals and growth opportunities

  • Experience in marketing, advertising, or professional services is a plus
