Hours: Mon-Wed 8-5, Th 7-3.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, including restorative dental procedures, fillings, crowns, root canals, implants, and dentures.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment.
- Collect and record patient health histories.
- Provide patients with postoperative instructions and oral hygiene advice.
- Neatly setup and breakdown of operatories before and after treatment.
- Perform infection control and sterilization procedures.
- Manage dental office emergencies.
- Handle tasks related to both analog and digital impressions and digital scanning including Cerec scanning/design.
- Provide support with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing records, and billing.
- Ensure all care is delivered with respect to each patient’s privacy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Proficiency in dental office software, ideally Eaglesoft or Dentrix.
- Strong ability to handle dental instruments and operate dental machinery accurately.
- Experience performing digital X-rays and familiarity with digital imaging.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive and efficient approach to work.
- Commitment to adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.
