Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to diagnose dental health conditions and plan appropriate treatments.
- Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures, including implant-supported restorations.
- Design treatment plans focused on long-term oral health with an emphasis on restorative and implant dentistry.
- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide effective patient care during treatments.
- Maintain detailed records of patient care and treatment plans according to compliance and clinic requirements
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and strategize on service improvements.
Requirements
- Licensed Dentist in the state of Arizona or able to obtain licensure in Arizona before employment begins.
- Experience in restorative dentistry; however, new graduates who demonstrate clinical confidence are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in restorative dental procedures with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills with both the dental team and patients.
- A patient-centered approach to dental care and a genuine commitment to developing long-term patient relationships.
