Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to diagnose dental health conditions and plan appropriate treatments.
  • Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures, including implant-supported restorations.
  • Design treatment plans focused on long-term oral health with an emphasis on restorative and implant dentistry.
  • Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide effective patient care during treatments.
  • Maintain detailed records of patient care and treatment plans according to compliance and clinic requirements
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and strategize on service improvements.

Requirements

  • Licensed Dentist in the state of Arizona or able to obtain licensure in Arizona before employment begins.
  • Experience in restorative dentistry; however, new graduates who demonstrate clinical confidence are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in restorative dental procedures with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills with both the dental team and patients.
  • A patient-centered approach to dental care and a genuine commitment to developing long-term patient relationships.
  • Dedication to continuing education in dental practices, especially in restorative and implant dentistry.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and positively contribute to the collaborative environment.
