Allison Jung Family Dentistry | Fort Collins, CO $20.00 to $25.00 per hour | Full Time | 4 Day Work Week

Join our privately owned, patient focused dental practice! We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for every patient.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and check them in and out
Schedule appointments using Dentrix
Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience required
Dentrix experience strongly preferred
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Friendly, professional, and dependable
