Join our privately owned, patient focused dental practice! We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for every patient.
Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and check them in and out
- Schedule appointments using Dentrix
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience required
- Dentrix experience strongly preferred
- Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
