Williams Oral Surgery is looking for just the right person to complete our team.  Our new treatment coordinator will be responsible for patient education, treatment plan presentation, patient financial arrangements, coordinating care with other practices, and helping those in our community get the information they need to restore their smiles and return to full dental health.  We specialize in comprehensive surgical care, and offer dental education so people can learn about how we can solve their dental problems as quickly, comfortably, and affordably as possible. Qualified candidates will have a background in the dental field, specific to public relations and/or patient care, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Experience in customer service is also helpful.

Treatment Plan Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly to patients
• Coordinate the scheduling of appointments for treatment and follow-ups
• Treat patients with compassion and empathy and conduct yourself in a professional manner
• Discuss financial arrangements and payments options 
• Explain insurance coverage, ensuring the patients comprehend coverage 
• Collaborate with referring dentists 

Treatment Plan Coordinator Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Previous work experience in dental is preferred
• Great communication skills
• Strong empathy and compassion
• Good at multitasking
• WinOMS experience is a plus
