Step Into the Future of Dentistry — And Make It Yours

Are you a passionate, patient-focused dentist ready to work with cutting-edge technology in a warm, community-rooted practice? Our thriving, locally owned dental office is looking for a General Dentist to join our forward-thinking team — with a clear path to future ownership for the right fit.

We combine modern tools with a personal touch, offering our patients exceptional care in a comfortable, high-tech environment featuring:

  • CBCT (3D Imaging) for precision diagnostics
  • Digital X-rays for speed and safety
  • Intraoral Cameras for clear patient communication
  • CEREC Same-Day Crowns for convenience and efficiency
  • Dental Lasers for advanced treatment options

Here, you’ll find more than just a job — you’ll join a supportive, collaborative team that values excellence, ongoing education, and meaningful relationships with both patients and colleagues.

Your Role

  • Deliver comprehensive general dentistry for patients of all ages — exams, diagnostics, restorations, extractions, crowns, bridges, and preventive care.
  • Create personalized treatment plans and ensure patients feel confident and comfortable every step of the way.
  • Partner with fellow dental professionals to ensure an outstanding, seamless patient experience.
  • Keep meticulous, compliant patient records.
  • Stay at the forefront of dentistry by embracing new technologies and continuing education.

What We’re Looking For

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
  • Active Arizona dental license.
  • Commitment to clinical excellence, ethical practice, and patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in general dentistry preferred — but new graduates are enthusiastically welcome.
  • A team player with a positive, collaborative spirit.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay with potential for equity/ownership.
  • Flexible scheduling — 4–5 days/week, 7–8 hour shifts, with one weekend on-call per month.
  • 401(k)
  • Health & malpractice insurance.
  • Continuing Education reimbursement.
  • Mentorship from seasoned professionals.
  • Full clinical autonomy with the latest technology.
  • A supportive admin team so you can focus on dentistry.
  • A workplace where your ideas matter and your growth is a shared goal.

If you’re ready to grow your skills, shape your future, and provide outstanding care in a practice that truly values its people — we’d love to meet you.
