About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team in the Tampa Bay area. In this role, you'll work in the telecommunications industry, representing cutting-edge products and services to local businesses. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person visits to small and medium-sized businesses within an assigned territory
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers to understand their telecom needs
Present and sell voice, internet, and data solutions tailored to client needs
Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain up-to-date records using CRM tools
Stay informed about telecom products, services, and industry trends
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed
Willingness to work in a field/outside sales environment
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
