Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, skilled Associate Dentist to join our thriving practice. This opportunity offers the perfect balance of clinical autonomy, mentorship, and growth potential in a practice with a strong patient base and consistent growth trajectory.

Practice Highlights:

• Thriving Patient Base: 2,450 active patients with exceptional new patient flow (40-50 monthly)
• Modern Facility: 4 fully equipped operatories (plus 1 additional plumbed operatory)
• Advanced Technology: Digital workflow ecosystem including: 
  • Kava OP 3D Pro CBCT (13x15 FOV capability)
  • iTero 5D Scanner
  • 3Shape Wireless Scanner
  • CEREC Omnicam with in-house milling
  • Desktop Health Einstein 3D Printer
  • Digital radiography
  • Guided implant surgical technology
• Established Production: Consistently busy schedule with robust daily production
• Growth Focused: Strong year-over-year growth over the past three years
• Established Team: Including a registered dental assistant with 22+ years at the practice

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive compensation at 30% of production
• 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 8am to 5pm)
• Potential for expanded hours or additional days

Ideal Candidate:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited university
• Current California dental license
• Passion for comprehensive, high-quality dentistry
• Interest in CAD/CAM and digital dentistry
• Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
