The Bonus Structure (So You Know Exactly How to Earn More)We don't hide the math. Here's how it works:

Base Production Goal: 3.3× your hourly rate

Bonus: 10% of everything you produce ABOVE that goal

Example (at $55/hr):

• Daily goal: $1,452
• You produce: $1,650
• Above goal: $198
• Daily bonus: $19.80
• Monthly bonus potential: ~$400+

Hit $30K+ monthly production? Your bonus accelerator doubles to 100%.

• Active Texas RDH license
• 2+ years clinical experience
• Comfortable with modern dental technology
• Laser certification (or willingness to get certified—we'll pay)
