The Role: We are looking for an experienced RDA with at least 2 years in dental assisting. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our dentists, ensuring smooth procedures, and delivering excellent patient care. This is a full-time, in-office position (not remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures

• Assist chairside during treatments, including instrument setup, suction, passing instruments

• Take and process x-rays, impressions, and study casts

• Provide patient education on oral health and post-op instructions

• Document care accurately in electronic records

• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards

• Assist in dental emergencies and maintain CPR/BLS certification

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RDA license (required)

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental assistant

• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, surgery prep, and patient management

• Proficiency in dental software and record-keeping

• Excellent communication and patient care skills

• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Current BLS/CPR certification
