The Role: We are seeking an experienced Front Office Dental Coordinator to manage patient interactions and keep operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, in-office position (not remote). You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and a vital link between our clinical team and community.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
Schedule, adjust, and confirm appointments using dental software
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Handle billing, insurance claims, and payments
Provide clear communication of treatment plans and policies
Answer calls/emails and manage patient inquiries
Support dentists and staff with administrative needs
Monitor office supplies and assist with financial reports
What We’re Looking For:
Proven dental office front desk or healthcare admin experience
Proficiency with dental software and quick learner of new systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records/transactions
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
High school diploma required; healthcare admin certification is a plus
