- Devise and execute a targeted social media marketing strategy tailored to the real estate and local business sectors.
- Create and distribute engaging, high-quality content, including posts, videos, graphics, and interactive media.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
- Monitor social media accounts for engagement, respond to comments, and interact with followers to build community and customer loyalty.
- Analyze performance data to optimize content strategy, adjust campaigns, and report ROI effectively.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to synchronize promotional activities and maximize lead generation and conversion from social media efforts.
- Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.
- Report to management regularly on the progress of social media marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts for businesses, particularly in real estate or related fields.
- Comprehensive understanding of major social media platforms and their respective algorithms, with the ability to apply best practices for growth and engagement.
- Experience in creating compelling content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and video editing software.
- Excellent copywriting skills to craft enticing captions and marketing materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and maintain consistent content schedules.
- Ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements for content strategy and marketing effectiveness.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and its audience is highly desirable, with direct experience in real estate marketing considered a significant advantage.
