We're actively seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team. This role involves providing direct, hands-on support to adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities, behavioral challenges, and mental health concerns.

What the Role Entails:
- Personal Support: Directly assisting residents with activities of daily living and self-care routines. This often involves physical assistance and maintaining a close, professional working relationship.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Diligently observing and documenting daily activities, tracking specific objectives, and noting behavioral progress. Accurate and timely reporting is a key part of your responsibilities.
- Structured Engagement: Contributing to and participating in structured daily and weekly activities, both within our facilities and in community settings.
- Guardianship & Liaison: Acting as a vigilant advocate for residents' rights and serving as a critical communication link between residents, and the facility administrator.
- Environment Maintenance: Ensuring a healthy, clean, and comfortable living environment is maintained for all residents.
- Professional Development: Committing to ongoing professional growth through mandatory monthly meetings and in-service trainings.
What We Require:
- Direct Experience: A minimum of one year of experience working with adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities and/or mental health concerns.
- Core Qualities: A compassionate demeanor, exceptional patience, and the ability to build professional rapport.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a diverse team.
- Reliable Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to Standards: A professional attitude and appearance are consistently expected.
- Mandatory Requirements & Certifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Possession of (or immediate willingness to obtain): DSP 1 & 2 Certification, RBT Certification (preferred), Adult CPR/First Aid Certification, and CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification.
- Ability to successfully obtain a fingerprint clearance from Community Care Licensing.
- Current health screening and TB test (or ability to obtain promptly).
- Valid State ID.

Work Schedule: We operate across various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, overnights, holidays, and rotating weekends. Your flexibility is key to our residents' continuous support.
Hours: Available for both full-time and part-time shifts, with typical workweeks ranging from 20 – 40 hours.
