We’re looking for a Dental Hygienist who shares our commitment to excellent clinical care and a great patient experience.

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and passionate about patient education and prevention. New graduates and experienced hygienists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos as needed
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques, and treatment recommendations
• Review and update medical history and charting in our practice software Dentrix
• Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care
• Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols in compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines
• Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Current California Dental Hygienist license (required)
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency

Schedule & Hours

• 24-32 hours per week
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $58–$65, based on experience
