What You’ll Do:

As a Junior Sales Representative, you’ll be a vital link between our clients and their customers. Working inside retail locations, you’ll help customers discover solutions that match their needs, strengthen client loyalty, and play a key role in expanding our customer base. Success in this role comes from clear communication, critical thinking, and teamwork.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with customers to understand their preferences and guide them toward tailored product or service options.

• Represent our clients through live product demonstrations and engaging promotional displays in-store.

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales benchmarks by building rapport and delivering a customer-first approach.

• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions to boost overall performance.

• Uphold professionalism while creating a welcoming and helpful experience for every customer.

Compensation Package:

We offer a guaranteed hourly wage, with opportunities to earn commissions and performance-based bonuses. The expected pay range is $600-1350/week based on current team members in the role.
