You’ll help manufacturers move from guesswork to clarity—showing clients how to reduce downtime, track inefficiencies, and reclaim lost margin. What you will do

  • Own outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and lead high-impact discovery meetings
  • Clearly communicate value, handle objections, and build pipeline
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to close gaps and drive growth
  • Keep CRM activity clean and insights flowing
  • Stay sharp on product knowledge and client pain points
  • Build relationships with trust, clarity, and trust
  • Bring insight back to the team to help us grow stronger together

What you bring

Base Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Experience with cold outreach, lead generation, and lead qualification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly understand, discuss, and convey technical concepts
  • Resilient, self-driven, and organized
  • Interest in the manufacturing, industrial, or technology sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sales outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
  • Experience in industry networking, including tradeshows, seminars/webinars, and social events
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing, industrial or technology sectors.

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission; OTE typically ranges from $60K–$80K, with additional performance-based incentives.
