The Role:We are looking for a versatile and reliable Home Improvement Technician to join our growing team. You will be helping us fulfill our mission of providing high-quality maintenance and renovation services. No two days are the same!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Interior & Exterior Painting: Professional prep and paint application.
• Landscaping & Curb Appeal: Pressure washing, basic landscaping, and gutter guards.
• General Maintenance: Installing smart home devices, grab bars, weatherproofing, and lock changes.
• Flooring: Installation and repair.
• "Honey-Do" Lists: Tackling various small to medium home repair tasks efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience in general construction, handyman work, painting, or landscaping.
• Versatility: Ability to switch between different types of tasks (e.g., painting in the morning, pressure washing in the afternoon).
• Reliability: Punctual, professional, and ready to work.
• Tools: Must have basic hand tools (specialty tools provided).
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
