Our team members are essential in managing and executing work orders that include a broad range of tasks from plumbing and handyman repairs to HVAC systems servicing and general facility upkeep. Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute work orders accurately, ranging from plumbing repairs to complex HVAC servicing.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within the set deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the field team and management on task status and site issues.
- Regularly inspect tools and equipment for safety and efficiency.
- Identify needs for major repairs and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and materials required for different projects.
- Uphold the integrity and reliability of service by following best practices in all job aspects.
- Document detailed reports on daily activities and maintenance work performed.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and adapt to industry advancements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in your trade.
- Reliable transportation.
- Own set of tools (required for all trades).
- Smartphone with photo and text capability.
- Availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
- Plumbers and HVAC techs must hold valid state certifications.
- Handyman license is not required.
- Strong communication, professionalism, and accountability are essential for success in this position.
