About Us: At 5 Brothers Exterior Cleaning, we provide professional exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and more. As we enter a busy fall season, we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team — with the opportunity for long-term employment if it’s the right fit.  We are also adding holiday lighting and looking for extra help in November and December.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform exterior cleaning services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and related tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Organize, load, and maintain equipment needed for each job.
• Proactively identify opportunities to up sell services and promote our work in the neighborhood.Ensure company vehicles are cleaned and maintained daily.

Qualifications: 

• Reliable, hardworking, and positive team player.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable and confident using ladders (up to 3 stories).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on sales opportunities.
• Previous experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, or ladder work is a plus — but not required. We will train the right person.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Note we are project based and thus some days jobs may go over)

Compensation:  Performance-based pay on jobs plus sales bonus opportunities for up sells.  Top performers typically earn $20–$25 per hour.
