About Us:
5 Brother's Exterior Cleaning is a fast-growing local service company in Murfreesboro TN and we are looking for a sharp, self-motivated sales-focused admin to help us manage incoming leads, follow up with customers, and keep our team running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers — answering calls, building quotes, and helping close jobs — but also stay involved through the entire customer journey.
This isn’t a passive receptionist role. You need to be comfortable having sales conversations, creating quotes on the fly, upselling services, and keeping customers updated and informed throughout the process
About the Role:
This is not your typical receptionist or admin job. We're hiring a remote assistant who is confident on the phone, comfortable with sales, and highly organized. You’ll handle inbound leads, create quotes, follow up with customers, coordinate with field techs, and check in with customers after service. You'll also assist with light administrative tasks to support daily operations. This position will be primarily WFH, but candidate must be local to the greater Murfreesboro TN area as occasional site-visits to better understand the service as well as involvement in community activities will be required from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from potential and current customers
Build fast and accurate quotes based on services needed
Upsell additional services, ask for the sale, and overcome objections confidently
Follow up with leads who haven’t booked yet
Support customer retention efforts through regular follow-up, service reminders, and satisfaction check-ins
Schedule jobs and dispatch field technicians
Communicate with customers about arrival times and job updates
Follow up post-job to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
Upload receipts, assist with reporting, and post to social media
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in a sales-oriented customer service or admin role
Strong phone and written communication skills
Experience building quotes, booking appointments, and closing sales
Tech-savvy: Able to learn scheduling and CRM platforms quickly
Self-motivated and focused when working from home
Available full-time (Mon–Fri, CST hours)
A quiet, professional home workspace with reliable internet

Preferred (but not required):
Experience in home services (cleaning, landscaping, HVAC, etc.)
Familiarity with Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar tools
Compensation:
Competitive local pay: $18–22/hr, based on experience and skill level
Performance-based bonuses tied to sales and follow-up metrics
High performers can earn up to $25–29/hr total
