Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Assistant to manage daily administrative and front desk tasks. You will be the first point of contact for guests, clients, or customers, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. I am looking someone with choice system Experience person.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
Check-in/check-out clients or guests and manage appointments/scheduling (if applicable)
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in procedures
Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying
Support other administrative or office staff as needed
Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
Ability to work independently and in a team
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or additional certifications a plus
Preferred Qualities:
Bilingual skills (if applicable to your location)
Experience in hospitality, medical, legal, or corporate office settings
Knowledge of appointment or reservation systems
