Total Veterinary Care in Buford, GA, is looking for a FULL-TIME client care specialist to join our team in a fast-paced, general practice veterinary hospital. Our ideal candidate is a positive self-starter with outstanding customer service skills who is motivated to learn and grow within their position.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in customer service within a veterinary or medical office setting
• Has experience in scheduling appointments and can quickly learn and adapt to new software systems
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service
• Is motivated to learn new skills and committed to professional growth, contributing positively to both the team and the clients and patients we serve
• Maintains a positive attitude and works collaboratively as a respectful and effective team member
• Is available to work during our regular office hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday)  Must be able and willing to work Saturdays on a rotating basis.
