Total Veterinary Care in Cicero, is looking for a FULL-TIME client care specialist to join our team in a fast-paced veterinary hospital. Our ideal candidate is a positive self-starter with outstanding customer service skills who is motivated to learn and grow within their position.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has some experience with sales and direct customer service, in a veterinary or medical office setting

• Is highly skilled with scheduling client appointments and is capable of quickly and efficiently learning new software programs 

• Can demonstrate efficient organization and a keen attention to detail

• Takes initiative and staying motivated to provide excellent service to our clients

• Wants to learn new skills and is focused on using them to advance their careers for the betterment of themselves, their team, and the clients and patients we serve

• Has a positive attitude and is an effective and respectful team player 

• Is available to work during regular office hours, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday- Friday and rotating Saturdays
