Job Description

We are currently seeking driven and energetic individuals to help us expand our reach and enhance our services. Please note that this is a Contract/Temporary position and is not eligible for remote work.

As a Sales Team Member, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and interacting directly with customers. Our approach involves a personalized demonstration of products to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement. This role requires enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers and provide detailed information about our products.
• Perform product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet those needs.
• Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
• Set up and manage product displays at various locations.
• Provide feedback to the management team on customer interactions and product issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Availability to start as soon as possible.
• Reliable transportation to Company office in Orem, UT.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team but also independently when required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced sales environment.
