Job Overview

Rowan-Salisbury Schools is actively seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join its Therapy Department for a full-time, long-term assignment. 

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language support services under licensed SLP supervision

• Implement therapy goals outlined in student IEPs

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions

• Document student progress and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff

• Prepare therapy materials and assist with caseload management

Requirements

• Valid SLPA license in North Carolina

• Prior school-based or pediatric experience (preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work on-site, independently, and full-time
