We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Alta Sky location and help us continue creating an outstanding experience for our patients.
Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and other hygiene services within your scope of practice
Take digital X-rays and maintain complete, accurate clinical documentation
Educate patients on oral health, periodontal health, home care, and recommended treatment
Identify opportunities for comprehensive patient care and collaborate with the doctor on treatment needs
Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
Help patients stay consistent with their recommended recare and periodontal maintenance
Work alongside our doctors, assistants, front office, and leadership team to create a smooth patient experience
Contribute to a positive, accountable, team-first culture
Current Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist license
A patient-first mindset and passion for providing excellent care
Strong communication and patient education skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Comfortable discussing periodontal health and recommended treatment with patients
Organized with strong attention to clinical documentation and detail
Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the practice
