A Day in the Life of a Front Office patient coordinator at Desert Sky Family Dental

On any given day at Desert Sky Family Dental, you can expect to encounter the following:

  • Arriving 15 minutes before daily huddles to jump start your day
  • Working with a driven team of other front office and administrative professionals
  • Working in an office that emphasizes a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere
  • Treating every patient like family, displaying compassion through your attitude and smile
  • Welcoming between 15-25 patients each day
  • Navigating solutions independently to serve patient requests
  • Assisting with presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
  • Assisting with all administrative tasks
  • Answering phone calls and follow ups within regular business hours
  • Following up on large cases to aid patients in financing options

We support you in winning by reviewing metrics related to treatment case acceptance, reappointment rate, and meeting new patient goals, provider production goals daily, weekly, and monthly. We also provide ongoing training and mentorship support to set you up to succeed!
