Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Labor Technician to join our sales support team. In this hands-on role, you will assist with daily operational and customer-facing tasks that help ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. Your energy, reliability, and mechanical aptitude will play an important role in supporting the sales team as they secure and fulfill customer orders. Duties

• Assist customers by providing product knowledge and recommending upgrades
• Support product setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
• Conduct product demonstrations for customers
• Help generate and secure leads for potential future customers
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
• Support team operations, including inventory control, restocking supplies, and lead tracking

Skills & Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Provide customer support and assist with product usage questions
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and safety standards
• Must be 18 years of age or older
