Responsibilities

• Perform detailed carpet cleaning using professional equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions
• Complete floor care services, including buffing and polishing
• Deliver high-quality janitorial and custodial services in residential settings
• Follow established procedures for stain removal, deodorizing, and deep cleaning
• Safely operate cleaning equipment in compliance with all safety protocols
• Assist with routine maintenance and care of tools and supplies
• Accurately document completed work and promptly report any safety or maintenance concerns

Requirements

• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or environmental services is preferred but not required; training is provided for motivated candidates
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning, floor care, and buffing techniques is a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting equipment, and extended movement throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Willingness to follow all safety and environmental guidelines
