What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to breakdowns, accidents, and recovery calls
• Operate tow trucks and flatbeds to transport vehicles safely
• Communicate clearly with customers about the towing process and fees
• Secure and lift vehicles using proper tools and techniques
• Complete accurate paperwork and maintain detailed records
• Report incidents or unsafe conditions to dispatch immediately
• Perform basic maintenance and keep your truck clean and ready
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Deliver outstanding customer service—every time

No towing experience? No problem! We provide full training for the right candidate.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong physical stamina and agility
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
