About Us
We offer training and support to ensure our crew members succeed in their roles. However, prior experience with trees, landscaping, or heavy labor is preferred. Our goal is to provide a dynamic work atmosphere where you can grow professionally.
Job Requirements and Skills
- Endure long hours (8 hours) of physical labor, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
- Operate machinery like chainsaws and woodchippers safely
- Work effectively in various weather conditions, including noise exposure, with hearing protection
- Possess excellent communication skills both internally and externally
- Meet clients' needs promptly, demonstrating courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism
- Adhere to company policies, such as dress code, inclement weather procedures, and time-off reporting
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive day rate ($180-$210/day)
- Paid overtime (full day rate for exceeding 4 hours worked)

Requirements
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid Washington State Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Clean driving record required
- Passing a drug test
- Experience pulling a trailer is preferred
- Ability to work Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays
