Job Description

Location: On-site (Snohomish County / Greater Seattle Area, WA) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour DOE (40+ hours/week)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Hardscape / Landscape Installer to join Washington Landscaping, a division of United Services Northwest focused on high-quality outdoor living spaces.

In this role, you’ll build and install patios, retaining walls, irrigation systems, and custom landscape features across residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to grow within a fast-expanding service company.

Key Responsibilities

Hardscape & Landscape Installation

  • Install paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls
  • Build fences, arbors, pergolas, and outdoor structures
  • Install irrigation systems and outdoor lighting
  • Perform grading, prep work, and general landscape construction

Project Execution

  • Read and follow site plans, layouts, and project specifications
  • Ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Safety & Teamwork

  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
  • Work closely with crew members and leadership to complete projects efficiently
  • Represent the company professionally on job sites

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in landscape construction or hardscape installation
  • Strong knowledge of pavers, retaining walls, irrigation systems, and fencing
  • Experience using landscape and construction tools/equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints and execute detailed plans
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
  • Good communication skills

Work Environment

  • Full-time, year-round work
  • Typical 10-hour shifts
  • Outdoor, physically demanding environment
  • Projects across Snohomish, King, and surrounding counties
