Location: On-site (Snohomish County / Greater Seattle Area, WA) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour DOE (40+ hours/week)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Hardscape / Landscape Installer to join Washington Landscaping, a division of United Services Northwest focused on high-quality outdoor living spaces.
In this role, you’ll build and install patios, retaining walls, irrigation systems, and custom landscape features across residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to grow within a fast-expanding service company.

Day in the Life
Your day starts by reviewing the job scope with your crew and preparing tools and materials. From there, you’ll be actively working in the field—installing patios, building retaining walls, setting posts, running irrigation lines, or completing finish work.
