Position Overview

  • Evaluate tree health, structural integrity, and risk; communicate findings clearly to clients and project managers
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and to company quality standards

Qualifications

  • ISA Certified Tree Worker Climber Specialist or ISA Certified Arborist (required)
  • 4–5+ years of professional climbing experience, including leadership in the field
  • Advanced skills in rigging, technical removals, and aerial pruning

  • Valid driver’s license (CDL Class B preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with both team members and clients

Compensation & Benefits

  • $35–$48 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and demonstrated skill level
  • Paid weekly via direct deposit
  • Overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours
  • Typical schedule: 35-40 hours per week

Additional Benefits:

  • Paid time off (PTO) and select paid holidays
