Landscaper / Estimator Specialist (Base + Commission) 

Hiring For: Washington Landscaping Location: Serving King, Snohomish, Pierce, & Island Counties

Base Pay ($20–$26/hr) + Commission + Bonuses

We’re looking for:

• Experience in landscaping sales, estimating, or design (preferred)
• Perform landscaping work
• Yard cleanups and prep
• Assist crews to ensure projects are completed properly
• Maintain quality control and job standards
• Knowledge of plants, irrigation, soil, and landscape materials
• Ability to assess properties and build accurate bids
• Strong communication and closing ability
• Organized and comfortable with CRM systems / estimating tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Compensation StructureBase Pay:

$20 – $26/hour (depending on experience)

Bonuses:

Monthly revenue targets

High close rates
